UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER
Bitter cocoa powder 22/24 or 10/12 is ideal for garnishes or to be used inside doughs. With different degrees of fat content 22/24 or 10/12 it is possible to adapt it to multiple uses and recipes.

SORBITOL SYRUP
Sorbitol can be considered a real natural sweetener. In fact, it is often used as an alternative to sugar. Sorbitol can be considered a six-carbon alcohol that is part of the polyol group.
Consequently it can be linked to traditional carbohydrates. It is widely used in the food sector, with the function of acaryogenic and low-calorie sweetener. Among the main characteristics of sorbitol there is its sweetening power which corresponds to 60% of that of sugar.

ERITRITOL
As a food additive, erythritol has the ability to perform various functions, but it is mainly used as a sweetener: the aromatic degree is very similar to sucrose with a sweetening power of about 60-70%. This makes it a useful alternative to traditional sugar; used in combination with intensive sweeteners it can increase the sweetness of the ingredients, add body and mask unwanted aftertaste.

FRUCTOSE
Fructose is a sweet-tasting substance that can be used as a substitute for sugar to sweeten beverages, in the preparation of desserts and in food storage. In nature it is present in many fruits, in honey and in some tubers. Fructose also absorbs water and this property makes it ideal for use as a preservative in food. It avoids the formation of mold and for this reason it is also used in products from the confectionery industry, snacks, drinks, candies etc.

TREALOSE
Trehalose is a disaccharide sugar made up of two bonded glucose molecules. It has a sweetening power equal to 45% of sucrose and a hydration capacity 2.5 times higher than sucrose.
