Daila operates through strict quality standard control systems according to HCCP rules as established by the European Law EC 852/2004 and is constantly updated. All our productions comply with European and Italian regulations, especially with regard to ingredients and chemical and microbiological characteristics.
Our processes present a detailed analysis and control of all possible anomalies that may occur during all phases. Particular attention is paid to rigorous controls in order to avoid the danger of contamination by foreign bodies, metallic or otherwise, with the application of control measures managed through CCP systems. All types of packaging or packaging materials used are tested for food and certified by our suppliers as required by the European Law CE 1935/2004.
As required by the European Law CE 178/2002, a very rigorous traceability procedure allows us to identify, at any time, the suppliers of raw materials and production, in order to eliminate problems and evaluate any responsibilities. These procedures allow us to know the history of each product, tracing back to raw materials and packaging. All the raw materials we use, and consequently our finished products, are GMO free. Kosher and organic products can also be found in our large variety of products.
