Very high quality standards
Daila operates through a rigorous system of quality standards control according to the HCCP rules as established by the European Law EC 852/2004 and is constantly updated. All our production complies with European and Italian regulations, especially as regards our products, their ingredients and chemical and microbiological characteristics. Our processes present a detailed analysis and control of all possible anomalies that may occur during all stages of production. Particular attention is paid to rigorous controls in order to avoid the danger of contamination by foreign bodies, metallic or otherwise, with the application of control measures managed through CCP systems. All types of packaging or packaging materials used are tested for food and certified by our suppliers as required by the European Law CE 1935/2004.
A precise tracking system for the entire supply chain
As required by the European Law CE 178/2002, a very rigorous traceability procedure allows us to identify, at any time, suppliers of raw materials and batch production, in order to eliminate problems and assess any liabilities. These procedures allow us to trace the history of each product, tracing back to raw materials and packaging. All the raw materials we use, and consequently our finished products, are GMO free, in our great variety of products you can also find kosher and organic products.
