Very high quality standards

Daila operates through a rigorous quality standards control system according to the HCCP rules as established by the European Law EC 852/2004 and is constantly up-to-date. All of our manufacturing process complies with European and Italian regulations, especially with regards to our products, their ingredients and chemical and microbiological characteristics. Our processes undergo a detailed analysis and monitoring of all possible anomalies that may occur during all stages of the process. Special attention is paid to strict monitoring in order to prevent any risk of contamination by foreign bodies, metallic or otherwise, through the application of monitoring measures managed with CCP systems. All types of packaging or packaging materials used are tested for food use and certified by our suppliers as required by the European Law CE 1935/2004.

A precise tracking system for the entire supply chain

As required by the European Law CE 178/2002, a very strict traceability procedure allows us to identify suppliers of raw materials and batch production at any time, in order to eradicate any problems and to assess any liabilities. These procedures allow us to trace the history of each product, tracing back to raw materials and packaging. All the raw materials we use, and consequently our finished products, are GMO free, in our vast range of products, you can also find kosher and organic products.
