Organic corn starch (maizena or organic maesita)

Native organic corn starch, also called organic cornstarch or organic maesita, is obtained from organic corn and is widely used in the kitchen in the preparation of many desserts. The corn kernels are ground into flour, soaked in water, then ground, filtered, centrifuged, dried and ground into powder.
